Booking Policy

There is a $25 NON-Refundable Booking Fee due at the time of booking.

Once the Booking Fee is paid you will receive a confirmation email.

Booking fee will go towards your remaining balance.

No Extra Guest

Please keep in mind I'm a home based stylist.

Shaded or Blocked out dates means I'm not available or I'm booked for the month.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or reschedules must be made 48hr in advances or will result in deposit payments being forfeited.

You are allowed one reschedule appointment 48hrs in advance without losing your booking fee.

No call/no show - all deposits payments will be forfeited and future service requests will be denied.
Late Policy

Please arrive up to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

If you are running behind please call in advance prior to your scheduled appointment time.

There is a 15 mins grace period for tardiness.

If you are more than 15 mins late a $20 fee will be added to your service.

After 15 mins you will be charged an additional $1 for every minute late.

If your arrival time results in a booking conflict your service may be denies and you will forfeit your deposit payments.
